That one would therefore just be another release of the same album. There is, however, one with the exact same tracks I'll try and find out the catalog numbers and add the original "other markets" release. The song is track twelve on the bands 1981 album Time and was the first. The track titles are all identical, but MusicBrainz only currently has the rerelease version with extra bonus tracks in the database. Hold On Tight is a song written and performed by Electric Light Orchestra (ELO). It is know as "Electric Light Orchestra" in all other markets. The story goes that, someone was asked to contact the band to find out what the album title should be and couldn't get hold of them. It was only released as "No Answer" in the US due to confusion regarding a telephone message.
